Does it integrate with popular ERP applications?
It's a standalone product with no ERP dependency. Excel export/import works out of the box; deeper DB integrations are custom work. No off-the-shelf ERP connector yet.
How does barcode scanning work?
A unique barcode is generated for every package, and uniqueness is enforced at the database level. Camera and USB scanners are supported. Re-scanning the same barcode updates the row instead of creating a duplicate.
Which printers does it work with?
Labels are produced as PDF and printed through Windows' standard dialog to any printer (laser, ink-jet, thermal). Direct ZPL to Zebra/Argox is on the roadmap.
Where is my data stored?
Single-PC edition: device-local SQLite. Multi-user edition: MySQL on your own server. Hosted plan: we host with an isolated MySQL per customer.
Can I import existing Excel data?
Customers, products and orders import from Excel. Historical shipment data needs a custom migration; the built-in transfer tool handles SQLite ↔ MySQL one-shot moves.
Does it work offline?
The single-PC edition is fully local, no internet required. The web edition can run over your local LAN, independent of the public internet.
