Refund Policy

Refund and right-of-withdrawal terms for Smartifie digital products and subscriptions.

This Refund Policy applies to digital products and subscriptions you purchase through smartifie.com under the Smartifie brand. It is prepared in line with Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation, and, where applicable, EU consumer law.

1. Right of Withdrawal and Digital Products

For distance contracts, consumers generally have a 14-day right to withdraw without giving a reason. However, for digital content and software licenses that are supplied and delivered instantly, the right of withdrawal does not apply once performance/download has begun with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal.

2. When Refunds Are Available

  • If the product license has not been activated and access/download of the digital content has not begun.
  • If the product has a technical defect that prevents use and that we cannot fix within a reasonable time.
  • In the case of duplicate (accidental double) payments.

3. When Refunds Are Not Available

  • After the license has been activated or the digital content has been downloaded/used.
  • For the already-elapsed portion of a subscription period that has been used.
  • For incompatibility arising from your system not meeting the stated minimum requirements (requirements are listed on the product page).

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further renewal is charged. Pro-rata refunds for the remainder of the current period may not be provided unless required by law. A renewal charged automatically may be considered for a refund if requested promptly after renewal and before the product is used.

5. How to Request a Refund

Send your refund request, with your order number and the reason, to info@@smartifie.com. We review requests within a reasonable time (usually within 14 days) and inform you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; depending on your bank/payment provider it may take a few business days to appear in your account.

6. Purchases via Third-Party Channels

If you purchased the product through a channel such as Google Play, the Apple App Store, Trendyol or Amazon, your refund is subject to that channel's refund policy and you may need to request the refund directly through that channel.
