What exactly does "lifetime" mean?
The licence never expires and never drops to read-only — you keep using the version you paid for, forever. For 1 year after purchase you can also install new releases; when that year ends the app keeps working exactly as before, you simply stop getting new versions.
Why isn't the customer approval link in the desktop plan?
The desktop edition keeps data entirely on your device and has no public address, so there is no link for a customer to click. The feature comes with the cloud plan.
Where is my data stored?
Desktop edition: device-local SQLite — we have no access to it and no internet is required. Cloud edition: MySQL on our server, isolated per customer as a tenant.
Can I import my customer list?
Yes. Customer lists import from a spreadsheet, and quote lines export to Excel.
Can I match the quote template to my own branding?
Yes. You can define multiple templates, each with its own logo, header/footer, currency, tax and terms text. Changes show instantly in the live A4 preview.
Does the app work in languages other than Turkish?
The interface ships in Turkish, English and Spanish. The quote document language is set per template, so you can issue an English proforma to an overseas customer.
