Why are these tools free?
We build shipping, warehouse and production software for factories and small businesses. Doing that work, we keep seeing the same picture: someone needs one small thing — a handful of barcodes, a sheet of labels, a list — and ends up either signing up for a monthly subscription, or fighting a tool's watermark, item cap or "enter your email and we'll send it to you" wall.
The tools on this page exist to cover exactly that moment. They are free, they ask for no account, they have no item cap and they put no watermark on your output. We are not selling anything in return; we are only showing that if you do this work every day, across hundreds of lines, there is a product for it.
Where does your data go?
Nowhere. What you type into the tools on this page is never sent to our server.
That is not a privacy promise but an architectural fact: the tools run entirely inside your browser. The barcodes, PDFs and Excel files you produce are built on your own device. You can verify it by watching the network traffic yourself — you will see no request carrying your form fields, because no such endpoint exists.
The practical consequence is this: when you type a customer name, an order number or a stock code into a tool, we carry out no processing activity in respect of that data. Our server only delivers the page itself; like any web server it keeps access logs (IP address and timestamp), retained for 90 days. The tools also use no cookies or local storage to remember your settings.
When you enter a third party's data (your customer's name, for instance) into a form, you are the controller of that data — no such role arises for us. Privacy Policy and KVKK Information Notice explain this in detail.
Which tool, and when?
These tools are built for one-off jobs: trying out a barcode type, printing labels for fifty cartons before a shipment, sending a sample to a supplier. Because we keep none of your data, you cannot come back tomorrow and look up what you did last time — that is a deliberate choice, and it is the tool's limit.
If you do the same job every day, need a record of it, need to see who printed what and when, or need the output to talk to your order and stock data, then you no longer need a tool — you need a system.
