Frequently asked questions
Is there a limit on operators?
No. Pricing is based on the number of terminals (kiosk devices); the number of operators scanning the same terminal is unlimited.
Do I need a barcode scanner?
No, you can also sign in from the screen; a USB/Bluetooth wedge reader or the camera is faster.
Does it work offline?
The desktop and Android editions (once released) run offline with terminal-local data. The cloud edition runs in the browser and needs internet.
How are breaks calculated?
The company's break windows are defined once; the system automatically deducts them from worked time — operators don't need to report breaks separately.
Where does it get master data (work centers, work orders)?
Imported from a spreadsheet, or entered by hand. ERP integration (Logo/Mikro/Netsis) is planned for a later phase.
