How Smartifie uses cookies, why, and how you can manage your cookie choice.

1. What this policy covers
This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies (localStorage, pixels, third-party scripts) we use on smartifie.com and its subdomains (www.smartifie.com, logistic.smartifie.com), why we use them, and how you can manage your choice.

2. Our basic rule
No non-essential cookie or tracker is loaded unless you have given your explicit consent.
- A cookie notice is shown on your first visit; "Accept" and "Reject" appear on the same layer, at the same click cost.
- If you reject, no analytics cookie is loaded — no request is sent to Google.
- We do not use pre-ticked boxes. We do not treat "continued browsing" as consent.
- You can change your decision at any time, as easily as you gave it (see §6).
3. Strictly necessary cookies (no consent required)
These are strictly necessary for the site to work and to deliver the service you explicitly requested. They cannot be switched off.

During payment: at the payment step you are directed to Iyzico (Türkiye) or Paddle (outside Türkiye). Those providers use their own strictly necessary cookies to process the payment and prevent fraud; they are necessary for the performance of the contract and governed by that provider's own policy.

- Purpose: improving the site. We do no advertising and no profiling.
- IP anonymisation (anonymize_ip) is enabled.
- These cookies load only if you click "Accept". If you reject, the Google Analytics script is never added to the page.
- Google may also process the data in the USA; this constitutes a transfer of personal data abroad — see the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Information Notice.
5. Fonts — self-hosted
Our site's typeface (Poppins) is hosted on our own server. Displaying it sends no request to Google or any other third party, so your IP address does not reach any third party for this reason. This is why our cookie notice's statement "if you reject, no request is sent to Google" is exactly true.
6. How to change your choice
- Use the button below, or the same button on the Privacy Policy page — the cookie notice reappears.
- Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and takes one click.
- You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Note: a browser setting alone is not valid consent; blocking strictly necessary cookies may break the site.
7. Cookies in the desktop/mobile apps
Our installed applications (Windows/Android/iOS/macOS) do not use cookies. However, for licence verification a device fingerprint and technical logs are sent to our servers. That is not a cookie, but it is processing of personal data — see the Privacy Policy (Technical data) and the KVKK Information Notice.
8. Legal basis
- Strictly necessary cookies: the "strictly necessary" exemption — KVKK Cookie Guidelines; ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) Art. 5(3).
- Analytics cookies: explicit consent — KVKK Art. 5/1; GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) + ePrivacy Art. 5(3).
9. Changes
We update this policy whenever our cookie inventory changes. If a cookie requiring consent is added, the consent version is incremented and you are asked again.
