Cut
More parts from the same sheet, less waste.
Enter the part list or import it from Excel, pick the sheet, bar or block you have on hand, and the plan is ready in seconds. Kerf, grain direction, the panel-saw constraint and offcut reuse are all taken into account. The cut ticket goes to the saw, the offcuts go back into stock.
A cutting plan in 4 steps
The material's rules are entered once; every job inherits them.
Material
Mode (1D/2D/3D), kerf, trims, grain, guillotine
Stock
Sheet sizes, bar lengths, blocks and quantity on hand
Job
Parts by hand or from Excel; customer, reference, edge banding
Optimize
See the plan, save it, send the ticket to the saw, consume stock
Sound familiar?
Every workshop planning cuts by an experienced eye or a spreadsheet hits the same problems.
Waste runs at 15–20%Laid out from memory, a fifth of the sheet ends up in the bin.
The kerf gets forgottenA part that fits on paper comes off the saw 3 mm short.
Offcuts rot in the cornerNobody knows which offcut is what size, so a new sheet gets opened.
Competing tools charge by part count100-part and 500-part tiers; DXF export only on the top tier.
No guillotine constraint for the panel sawThe program draws a pretty layout the saw cannot actually cut.
Plans cannot be argued withThe same job comes out different the second time; you cannot show the customer what was cut.
Features a workshop actually uses
Each one came from a real problem at a real saw.
1D: profiles, pipes, bars
The length list is spread over bars, the kerf is taken at every cut, the tail is recorded as an offcut.
2D: sheets, panels, glass, plate
Free nesting or guillotine (panel saw) mode; grain-bound parts are never turned; edge band length is totalled.
3D: foam, stone, timber blocks
Six-way placement inside a block, several blocks, an in-browser 3D viewer. Added as the block module.
Offcut reuse
Leftovers above the threshold go back into stock when the plan is released and are offered before a full sheet next time.
Cut ticket, labels, DXF
A PDF ticket for the saw, a Code128 label per piece, Excel, and DXF/SVG that CAD and nesting software reads.
Reproducible plans
Every plan records its algorithm, kerf, seed and run time; the same seed gives the same plan.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a limit on the number of parts?
No. Parts, jobs, stock items and plans are unlimited on every plan; the price depends on devices (lifetime) or users (cloud).
How is the kerf taken into account?
It is entered once per material. One kerf is consumed between two adjacent pieces; a piece against the sheet's outer edge needs no extra cut. A plan is not saved until a check that verifies the kerf gaps has passed.
My panel saw only cuts edge to edge; does the program respect that?
Yes. When the material is marked 'guillotine cuts only', the plan is produced with the guillotine method and every layout passes an edge-to-edge cuttability check.
Can I import a parts list from Excel?
Yes. Columns are matched by header (Turkish, English and Spanish headers are recognised); you can download the template and fill it in.
Which programs open the DXF export?
R12-format LINE and TEXT entities — AutoCAD, LibreCAD and nearly every nesting or CAM program reads them. We do not promise compatibility with a specific machine; if your machine's software takes DXF, it opens.
Does it work offline?
The Windows and Android editions (once released) run offline with device-local data. The cloud edition runs in the browser and needs internet.
