Is there a limit on items, locations or movements?
No. Pricing is based on seats (users); items, warehouses, locations, lots and movements are unlimited on every plan.
Do I need a barcode scanner?
No, scanning works with the phone camera; no separate hardware is required.
How does FEFO/FIFO allocation work?
At pick and ship time the system offers the lot that should go out first under the minimum-remaining-shelf-life rule; the operator can override it by hand.
Does it work offline?
The desktop, Android and iOS editions (once released) run offline with device-local data. The cloud edition runs in the browser and needs internet.
What are the manufacturing, fulfilment and pharmacy packs?
Feature groups for vertical needs: Manufacturing (BOM, production declarations), Fulfilment (picking & packing, returns, replenishment), Pharmacy (quarantine, cold-chain log, expiry alerts). Pro includes one pack, Enterprise includes all three.
