Receiving and put-away
Waybill lines import, supplier tolerance applies, and a suggestion chain scans items onto the shelf.
Transfers and adjustments
Single, batch or request-driven location transfers; reason-coded adjustments and shrinkage.
Lot/expiry and FEFO
Production and expiry dates are tracked per lot; the allocation engine uses pick faces first and, within each location tier, offers the shortest shelf life first.
Counting (PUSH/PULL)
Blind counts by warehouse/zone/location or ABC class. On each line with a difference you choose: the counted quantity becomes the balance and the gap posts to the ledger as a count movement (PUSH), or the system figure stands (PULL). Depending on your setting, the count closes at once or after a supervisor has reviewed it.
Picking and packing
A route-suggested pick list, packing and sales returns; reservations prevent double-allocation.
Immutable stock ledger
Every movement is appended, never updated or deleted; document history and reversal chains stay traceable.
Where it will run
The same cloud data on every device: the Windows and Android app, and on iPhone, iPad and Mac the web app on the home screen. All of them need an internet connection; the offline app works without one on a single device.

Windows 10 / 11
Opens in its own window with a desktop shortcut; it needs an internet connection and your data stays on Smartifie servers.
Download for Windows- Open the downloaded SmartifieWarehouse-Setup.msi. If the browser says it “isn't commonly downloaded”, choose ⋯ → Keep.
- On the “Windows protected your PC” screen, click More info.
- Then click Run anyway. The installer is signed with our own certificate; Windows warns because it does not know that certificate in advance.
- In the wizard, click Next, accept the agreement and click Install.
- If Windows asks for permission, click Yes.
- Click Finish and the app opens. Open the app and sign in with your Smartifie account; your warehouse data is there straight away.
Android 8 and later
Scans barcodes with the phone's camera and shares Excel files; it needs an internet connection and your data stays on Smartifie servers.
Download for Android- Tap Download. If the browser warns that the file might be harmful, choose Download anyway.
- When the download finishes, tap Open (or open the file from Downloads).
- If the phone does not allow installs from this source, tap Settings.
- Turn on Allow from this source and go back. This is asked only on the first install.
- Tap Install.
- If Play Protect shows a warning, choose More details → Install anyway. The app comes straight from this site, not from Google Play.
- Tap Open. Open the app and sign in with your Smartifie account; your warehouse data is there straight away.
iPhone / iPad
It needs an internet connection. The iPhone version is a web app added to the home screen; your data stays on Smartifie servers.
Open in Safari- Open the app in Safari and sign in, then tap the Share button (on iOS 26, tap ⋯ first).
- In the list, tap Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add at the top right.
- Warehouse is now on your home screen; open it while you are online.
Works with your cloud account (the 15-day trial included).
Mac
There is no Mac installer yet. On a Mac you add the web app to the Dock and use it in its own window; it needs an internet connection and your data stays on Smartifie servers.
Open in Safari- Open the app in Safari and sign in, then choose File → Add to Dock… from the menu (macOS Sonoma 14 or later).
- Click Add.
- Warehouse is in the Dock and in Launchpad, and opens in its own window.
Using Chrome or Edge? Click the install icon in the address bar → Install.
From one person to a team, unlimited items
Items, warehouses, locations, lots and movements are unlimited on every plan. Cloud is a subscription; as your team grows you add users in packs of 5 and app devices in packs of 5. Tax is calculated at checkout.

Manufacturing: BOM / recipes, production declarations with automatic consumption (backflush), reversing a work order, consumption corrections Fulfilment: Picking lists, packing, customer returns, stock reservations, replenishment rules, ABC analysis
- Private database — $29/mo. Your data sits in a database of its own on Smartifie servers, backed up separately (not a physically separate server). Set up on request.
For the offline app
- Your own database — devices share data on a server in your warehouse and keep working if the internet drops. We plan the setup and the move of your existing data with you.
- Extra device — $79 one-time; pack of 5 $299. Available once your own database is set up.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a limit on items, locations or movements?
No. Items, warehouses, locations, lots and movements are unlimited on every plan.
Do I need a barcode scanner?
No, scanning works with the phone camera; no separate hardware is required.
How does FEFO/FIFO allocation work?
On a pick list, Allocate uses pick faces before bulk storage; within each tier it takes the earliest-expiring usable lot first under FEFO (the oldest receipt under FIFO) and skips lots below the minimum remaining shelf life. The allocated lot is shown on each line.
Does it work offline?
Not on the Cloud plan: on every device Warehouse reaches your data on Smartifie servers and needs an internet connection. The Windows and Android apps and the web app added to the iPhone/Mac home screen all work on the same cloud data. The offline app ($199 one-time) works without internet on one device; your data stays on that device.
What are the manufacturing and fulfilment packs?
Feature groups for vertical needs: Manufacturing (BOM / recipes, production declarations with automatic consumption, reversing a work order, consumption corrections), Fulfilment (picking lists, packing, customer returns, stock reservations, replenishment rules, ABC analysis). Each pack is a separate add-on to the cloud plan ($19/mo); the trial unlocks both.
