Logistic Product Terms

Terms specific to customers who use Smartifie Logistic: limits concerning despatch notes, the e-despatch file, barcodes and labels.

Version v1.0 · Last updated: 4 November 2026

These Product Terms apply only to customers who use Smartifie Logistic and supplement the Terms of Service. In every matter not covered here — including the limitation of liability — the Terms of Service apply.

1. The product is a tool. Smartifie Logistic ("Logistic") is software that helps you prepare customer orders, loading orders and despatch notes, print barcodes and carton labels, and report on your shipments.

2. The e-despatch file is not a submission. Logistic can produce a Turkish e-despatch (e-İrsaliye) XML file in UBL-TR format from a saved despatch note. The product does not send that file to the Turkish Revenue Administration or to a special integrator; Logistic is not an e-despatch special integrator. If you are subject to e-despatch, signing, sending and keeping the file, and issuing it on time, are your responsibility. Issuing the despatch note you print as a valid document under the law that applies to you is also your responsibility.

3. Barcodes and labels. Barcodes and labels are generated from the data you enter. Checking that they are readable and correct, and obtaining a GS1 number allocation where needed, is your responsibility; Smartifie has no relationship with GS1.

4. No compliance or certification warranty. We do not warrant that {p} meets the form, content, retention or reporting requirements of any country's tax, commercial, customs or sector legislation. {p} has not been approved, registered or certified by any public authority or body. Using the product in line with the law that applies to you is your responsibility.

5. Your inputs. The quantities, prices, VAT rates, customer codes and seller details on the documents depend on what you enter; checking a document before you use it is your responsibility. In the installation that runs on a device, the data stays on your device and backing it up is your responsibility.
