Barcode Carton Label Software

Smartifie Logistic · Factory dispatch

A barcode of its own
on every carton.

If an order line is a cabinet that ships in 3 cartons and 10 were ordered, there are 30 cartons on the floor. Smartifie Logistic prints a barcode of its own on each of those 30 cartons, so at loading the labels tell you which carton is missing.

What goes on the label

You choose it once in Label Settings and every print after that uses the same layout.

A barcode per carton

The barcode carries the order number, order line, product code and package number. No two cartons ever share a barcode.

Six rows you choose

Put the model, product name, product code, type, HS code, customer name, city, district, address, country, branch or order number on each row, or leave a row empty.

Logo and product photo

Turn the company logo, branch and product photo on or off with one click. The person in the warehouse recognises the carton from the photo.

Assembly guide QR

The user or assembly guide linked to the product is printed on the label as a QR code, so the customer reaches it before opening the carton.

From order to label in three steps

You never type a label by hand: if the order is in the system, the label is ready.

  1. Enter the order or import it from Excel The product card says how many packages one unit ships in; the number of labels is calculated from that.
  2. Pick the lines on the Print Label screen Unshipped lines are filtered by order number, customer, branch and product code. Enter the quantity to ship, or add many lines at once.
  3. Save and print the PDF One 10×15 cm page is produced per carton. Send it to the printer from the preview or download the file.

The label does its job at loading

The barcode is more than a number: on the loading order every carton is scanned and the counter moves on. If the same carton is scanned twice, or a carton from an order that is not on the load turns up, the scan is rejected.

Frequently asked questions

Can I change the label size or barcode type?

No. The label is a 10×15 cm PDF page and the barcode is Code 128; both are fixed. You choose which fields appear on the label in Label Settings.

Which printer do I need?

Labels are produced as PDF, so you can send them from the preview to any printer that handles 10×15 cm labels, or download the file. No special printer driver is needed.

What if one product ships in several cartons?

One label is printed per package on the product card: 1 unit × 3 packages = 3 labels, each with its own package number. At loading all three are scanned separately.

Does the product guide QR code require a login?

If you uploaded the guide as a file, whoever opens the QR needs an account in the app. If the guide is on your own website, give the external link instead and anyone can open it without logging in.

Which platforms does it run on?

A Windows desktop app and a web version. In the web version you can also scan barcodes with a phone camera.
