Duplicate loading rarely comes from carelessness; it comes from a busy dock. Two people count the same pallet twice, a carton goes on the wrong truck, and the missing one is noticed when the customer calls. Smartifie Logistic scans every carton and catches the mistake at the truck door.

When is a scan rejected?
Every rejection comes with its reason, so the operator never wonders why a first scan failed: the screen says exactly what went wrong.

How loading works
From shipment order to loading order, by scanning.
- Add the shipment orders to load On the Loading Order screen, shipment orders are filtered by number, customer and branch. The lines of the orders you add fill the cartons-to-load table.
- Scan the cartons Each valid scan moves the line's counter up by one. Wrong ones are rejected for the reasons in the table above.
- See what is missing, then save Detail shows each line's package list. When every carton is scanned, Save creates the loading order; the Loading Report can be filtered by user and exported to Excel.

Frequently asked questions
A camera sees the same carton dozens of times a second. Won't it count twice?
No. In camera mode, repeats of the same code within a short window are ignored silently, so the carton counts once. With a handheld or USB scanner, scanning the same carton again is a real duplicate and you get a warning.
Which scanners does it work with?
With USB and handheld scanners that type like a keyboard (including ones that end with Enter or Tab), and with a phone or tablet camera in the web version. In camera mode every scan gives sound and visual feedback.
If loading stops halfway, are the scans lost?
No. Cartons you scanned but have not saved yet are kept as a draft; when you come back they reappear as scanned and you carry on where you stopped.
How do I see which carton is missing?
Every line shows a scanned quantity counter. Open Detail to see that line's package list, with scanned and unscanned cartons shown apart.
Which platforms does it run on?
